PRIVACY POLICY

Most of our shipments are sent via FedEx.&nbsp; However, we do ship via USPS to PO Boxes, US states or territories outside the continental 48 states and Canada.&nbsp; You will receive an email after your order is shipped with tracking if applicable.
The Garden Tower 2™ weighs approximately 36 pounds and is shipped in an octagonal box measuring 25”x23”x23”.&nbsp; As it is a rather large item, it can be fairly expensive to ship especially to remote locations requiring delivery via USPS.
<h3 data-mce-fragment="1">Returns</h3>
Unopened boxes can be returned within 30 days and the customer is required to pay the return shipping.&nbsp; We can issue a return label and deduct the return shipping from the refund once we receive it back.&nbsp; Please note that there are fees we are charged for creating a return shipping label and the return shipping prices are not discounted like the initial shipping charge.&nbsp; So return shipping is usually more expensive.
If it is after 30 days and the box is unopened, the above applies along with a 15% restocking fee.&nbsp; The restocking fee may be waived in special cases.
If you have already used your Garden Tower 2™ in most cases we will not be able to give you a refund unless it is due to a defect in the manufacturing.&nbsp; In which case we will replace the defective part (s).

Warning: Choking Hazard, Small Parts, Marbles, or Balls. &nbsp;Not suitable for children under 3 years of age:&nbsp;The Garden Tower 2 contains 3/4-inch precision ball bearings which are a potential choking hazard when the Garden Tower is in a disassembled state. &nbsp;Other products sold here may also container parts which are a potential choking hazard.
Children should be supervised when interacting with the Garden Tower or other products sold through Garden Tower Project, LLC. &nbsp;Garden Towers are very heavy and with enough force could be overturned resulting in a potential injury.
The Garden Tower is a composting system. &nbsp;It may be possible to prepare a compost mixture that is exothermic and could create conditions for ignition within the product. &nbsp;Users must be aware that it is theoretically possible to overload a composter with nitrogen sources and dry combustible organic matter which could lead to a fire if the composter, especially if a composter is allowed to dry out. &nbsp;By design, the Garden Tower 2 is a cool-process composter (not a typical hot, exothermic composter); however, all composters are potentially exothermic under specific conditions. &nbsp;Read and follow the directions for your Garden Tower 2 and avoid excessive use of very-high-nitrogen inputs like coffee grounds, legumes, spent grains, etc. to keep the composting process cool.
Garden Towers, or other products available from Garden Tower Project, LLC, should not be located where they could endanger persons or property in the event of a major storm or structural failure of any kind. &nbsp;A fully loaded Garden Tower 2 is equivalent to a large person in weight when in use (200-280lbs); keep this in mind when locating your Tower. &nbsp;We offer a very high quality locking caster wheel kit for use where greater mobility of the Garden Tower 2 is appropriate.
