We chose to offer this greenhouse for its durability, ease of assembly, quality and aesthetic.  There are a couple things to keep in mind with using a Garden Tower in this greenhouse:

• Sturdy 32" base walls can block some light to the lower rings of the Garden Tower.  We recommend putting more shade tolerant plants toward the bottom in this greenhouse.
• The included side bench will limit your ability to move around the Tower.  That isn't a problem since the Tower spins easily for you to gain all around access from standing still.  However, you may want to shorten the bench to give ourself and your plants a little elbow room.
• If you choose to install the full length of the bench, we recommend you place it on the North side, or least sunny side, of the greenhouse to prevent shading.
• Keep in mind site location (gravel, decking, pavers) needs to be level.  If you think  you may want to move the tower around inside or move it outside you should consider the optional Caster Kit for the Garden Tower.  It allows you to move it with ease on stable solid surfaces.  Large gaps between pavers, decking, or really loose gravel can catch or bog down the casters.  *IMPORTANT Reminder- do not place casters directly in the feet as this will void your warranty.

Yardistry warrants that this product is free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. In addition, for any product with lumber, all lumber is warranted for five (5) years against rot and decay. This warranty applied to the original owner and registrant and is non-transferable.

Your order will typically ship within 2 -3 business days. Once shipped delivery can be up to 3 weeks. (Remote areas and scheduling could add additional transit time)

Once your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information. The freight carrier will contact you either by phone/ email /text with the phone number or email you provided at the time of your purchase to schedule/ advise a delivery appointment. DELIVERY (ACCESSORIES ONLY)
Once your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information. All accessories are shipped with a courier and typically deliver within 5- 7 business days.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
The driver only delivers curbside, which means they drop off your structure at the end of your driveway.

Please inspect the freight upon arrival. If there are any concerns, please email the support team right away.

It is important to verify that all boxes and pieces are accounted for. If anything is missing, please note on the Bill of Lading (or delivery receipt), and email customer support at support@yardistrystructures.com or call 1-888-509-4382.

If there appears to be damage upon receipt, please make note on the Bill of Lading and take pictures of the freight. Please attach the pictures on an email to the support team along with a picture of the Bill of Lading. In the rare case of shipping damage, replacement parts ship at no additional cost.

RETURNS

At Yardistry, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you need to return your product for any reason, you will have 30 days after you receive your product to initiate a return claim. All returned products must be returned in like‐new condition in original packaging. The item MUST be disassembled and re‐boxed securely in its original packaging. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returned products. Once the product(s) has shipped if you choose to cancel your order a 15% re-stocking fee will also apply.
